The World Is Ending…
These were the words that illuminated my mind while
scrolling through the internet this morning.
Before buying into the hype of the doomsday, I quickly
questioned myself.
What about your world, needs to END?
What have you been doing that isn’t raising you up to
your highest standards or ideals?
As soon as this thought pressed itself out of the forest
of my consciousness and into the sky of my mind for
all of life to see..
A long list started to generate….
1.2. 3. 4…. 1075 voices (ALL of my own) – I know this
sounds crazy, stick with me. (Those were the self defeating
thoughts we ALL DEAL with.)
Before I let this type of thought create a ripple in my
external world… I silenced it!
…..”ssssshhhhh”
Everyone in the coffee shop was staring at me.
Pulling myself away from this type of thinking, and
seeing it for what it is, I decided to asked an even
greater question….
If you ever want to STOP doing something that isn’t
working. Don’t figure out how to STOP it.
Figure out something else to do instead. TAKE ACTION!
For me it’s so simple. To get rid of bad habits, START
good ones.
Homework: Make a list of all of the good habits you can
start right now… Focus on each “good habit” in every
moment, once you have it for an extended period of
time, it becomes a part of who you are…
Your new identity is waiting for you…let this end of
the world mumbo jumbo be a reminder to always
be progressing in your walk on the road to harmony
and service towards anew humanity.
Think. Feel. Become.

Yes I like your idea. Replace bad habits with good habits. Great idea!
It is much more effective to focus on creating new positive habits, than letting go of old ones. Just the sense that you are doing something “new” creates excitement, which gives energy and purpose to your life. As humans we don’t like “letting go” of anything, and since habits are nothing more than emotional addictions, it is extremely difficult to release them without replacing the addiction with a better more beneficial habit that produces positive emotional reactions.
